This is Cynthia's portrait painting of Picasso, the famous stallion of the Sand Wash Basin in Colorado. She was very fortunate to see and photograph Picasso, with her telephoto lens, on a trip she took to the wild horse area in 2018. It was amazing for Cynthia to be able to watch him and the other beautiful horses, running and playing in the wide open spaces of northwestern Colorado.
